Parents call for more protections for disabled children

The Human Rights Commission and disability advocates are urging a parliamentary select committee to toughen legal protections for disabled school children.

ACYA made a joint decision with YouthLaw and IHC supporting the seclusion ban but the government needs to do much more.
Andrea Jamieson states there are systemic failures in the education systems and too many children are missing out.
